Originally forged by the late Oichi forging house, these iconic JDM open molds have been used by countless manufacturers over the years, and we’re honored to share them once more. 

Made from S20C, it delivers a thick, solid feel at impact while maintaining precision and control. Slightly smaller in head size, this compact half-cavity model offers a clean look with the added forgiveness of a cavity back.

The Makino logo is subtly incorporated to pay respect to Oichi forging house allowing the head shape to take center stage. 

＊ Please note: these heads are supplied in a raw, pre-patinaed state. Due to the absence of protective plating, natural oxidation may already be visible in areas such as the scorelines, knurling, and cavity. Surface rust will continue to develop over time as part of the natural aging process.

コンパクトなヘッドに肉厚なハーフキャビティが特徴のオープン鍛造の金字塔、太市鉄工J型アイアンを「一番カッコ良く見せるには」をコンセプトにMakinoアレンジを加えたJ型CBを数量限定で販売します。

J型が持つ漢らしいシンプルな形状を最大限に引き出す為、ロゴは出来る限り隠し、メッキはせず、注意書きをキャビティに直彫りした、インダストリアル感全開な仕上がりとなっております。

＊このヘッドは独特の風合いを表現する為に、ノーメッキの状態で薬品による酸化パティナを全体に施してあります。その為、スコアラインや番手刻印、ネックのローレットの隙間などに黄色いシミが予めございますが、これらは酸化パティナを施したノーメッキ製品の特徴となります。
