返金ポリシー
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns due to a change of mind or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@makinogolf.jp if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items returned due to a change of mind.
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders).
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
