All domestic shipments are handled by Sagawa Delivery, while international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date.

If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, you can do so using the link provided in the order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

 

Shipping Estimates 

For customers located in Japan, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days from date of pickup.

For customers located in the Asia Pacific, North America and Western Europe, you will receive your order within 5-15 business days from date of pickup. 

For customers located in the rest of the world, you will receive your order within 10-20 business days from date of pickup.

 

Import Duties and Taxes

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MA3 Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless stated otherwise.

If you neglect to address customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it.

In the event that you choose to return your order, a refund will be processed, however, you will be required to pay for the initial shipment costs.
